Prior to clicking to buy tickets, be sure to know which performances your cast member is in.

When ordering online tickets....

• Click on the link above to go to our ticketing partner website.
• Select the date & time of the performance you would like to purchase tickets for.
• Select the number of tickets you would like to purchase.
• The ticketing program will select up to 8 different options for seating for you.  There is no way to select specific seats in the theatre.  The ticketing program will select options in different areas of the theater (center, sides, front, back).  If an area is not offered as a selection, that area may be sold out.  
• You may also select seating preferences to the left of where you select the number of tickets.  You can choose a certain section (north, center, south) for more options in that section, along with a preference of aisle seating. 
• Follow the steps at the bottom of the page to checkout.  You will recieve a reciept & your tickets via email.  Your email reciept is your ticket for admission.
• Ticket sales online are limited to groups of 10.  If you have more than 10, you may purchase multiple sets of tickets for the same show.  Select your first set of tickets & then continue and select a second set of tickets.  Based on seat availablity, the website may not be able to seat you together.  
• If you have a group of 15 or more for the same show, you may purchase discounted group tickets directly from Annette DeYoung ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) or (815) 277-9CTP (277-9287).  Group ticket sales go on sale 1 full week after individual tickets.  If you prefer not to wait for group sales to go onsale, you may purchase your tickets earlier online at full price.
• There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges of tickets.  If you purchase too many tickets and the show is sold out, you may donate them back to the theatre for us to resell (thank you!) or you may attempt to resell them yourselves at the door.
• Upon paying for your purchase online, you will recieve an email from the website. MAKE SURE TO USE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS (your tickets are emailed to you). Your email ticket may land in a spam file, make sure to check there. PRINT THE EMAIL -IT IS YOUR TICKET(S). It does not look like a ticket. If you have multiple seats on one email, you may print more than one copy and highlight which seats are for your guests.

For detailed information on a show, follow the directions above - Please note the following:

• Online sales for most shows will close 12 hours prior to the performance.
• Other than group sales, tickets may only be purchased online or in person before each performance.
• Tickets may be purchased at the door beginning one hour before each performance, subject to availability.  Ticket prices at the door may be higher than online ticket prices.
• Seats are reserved by you when you order online. For handicapped or special seating, please order directly from Annette.
